Wakehurst - American Prairie

We were delighted to win the pitch to create an animation to announce the transformation of the gardens of Wakehurst in East Sussex (home to the Millennium Seed Bank) into an American prairie landscape. Just 1% of these incredibly diverse habitats remain today.

The animation follows the journey of seeds from the American prairies, over the ocean to Wakehurst place in Sussex, where they grow to create an immersive, vibrant, and colourful landscape.

Having fully immersed ourselves in the flora and fauna of the American prairie during the project, we can now tell our Echinacea pallida from our Liatris aspera!
