Working Progress commissioned by Mental Health First Aid England on internal communications projects

New Year, new client!

We are thrilled to announce we are working with Mental Health First Aid England on two internal communications projects over the next couple of months.

MHFA England is the leading provider of Mental Health First Aid training and has a vision to normalise society’s attitudes and behaviours around mental health by skilling people to be better able to support their own and others’ wellbeing. They have 1,800 instructors currently, who have delivered MHFA England courses to a staggering 350,000 people to date. And they have ambitious plans to grow over the next five years.

The first piece of work, which has just launched, is an animation to further develop communication methods between MHFA England’s instructor community and its central team. It explains about trials of new initiatives, including an online platform and webinars, and asks internal audiences to continue to feed back with their opinions to enhance their internal communications strategy.

The second project will be to use live illustration to record strategy meetings throughout January and February, with the potential to turn these illustrations into an animation afterwards. This will provide a creative, memorable and exciting way of recording their discussions – a very refreshing alternative to writing minutes!

“We are really enjoying the collaboration with Working Progress and know that their talents in animation will enhance the way we communicate in our community” (Eleanor Miller, Head of Marketing and Communications)

We’ve been hoping to work with MHFA England for a while, so are over the moon that it’s happening, and they are a lovely bunch of people. We can’t wait to get cracking on the next project!
